Die mallorquinische Folkloregruppe Aíres del Plá de Marratxí wurde im Jahre 1979 gegründet.Diese traditionelle Musikgruppe besteht aus Tänzern, die die mallorquinischen Folkloretänze wie zum Beispiel den Ball de Bot, Bolero u.a. darbieten und Musikern, die dazu landestypische Instrumente spielen. Die Boleros sind vor allem Tänzer der alten Meister aus der Region Raiguer von Marratxí. Ihre mallorquinische Trachten sind aus dem 18. bis 20. Jahrhundert.Die Aires del Plá wollen durch den Tanz, Ihre Musik, die Trachten und die Sprache die mallorquinische Kultur den Menschen näher bringen.Seit 1982 haben sie an zahlreichen Festivals der Balearen, auf dem Festland, in Frankreich, Italien und auch Deutschland teilgenommen.

La agrupación Aires d`es Pla de Marratxí fue fundada en 1979.El grupo se consolida como agrupación de música y baile mallorquín, con bailadores, músicos y con una escuela propia para dar continuidad a la agrupación.Los bailes que interpretan la agrupación son de la zona del Raiguer, conservando los cuatro boleros de las escuelas de los antiguos maestros de Marratxi. El vestuario imita a los del siglo XVIII hasta principios del siglo XX.Sus objetivos son muy claros y definidos; difundir la cultura mallorquina a través del baile, de su música, del vestuario y su lengua.Desde el año 1982 la agrupación ha participado en diferentes Festivales tanto nacionales como internacionales, entreellos fueron Festivales en las Islas Baleares, toda España, Francia, Italia y también Alemania.
